Is there a danger in restricting vaping?

Government officials have stepped in with new restrictions at the state and federal level. But some ex-cigarette smokers say their health depends on access to nicotine vaping products, and business owners say new restrictions are hurting their bottom line.

ANTHONY: SINCE OPENING IN 2013, THE CO-OWNERS SAY THEIR GOAL HAS BEEN TO HELP SMOKERS QUIT. >> IF YOU ARE A SMOKER, DON’T START VAPING. >> WE HAVE SAID THAT REALLY FROM THE VERY BEGINNING, BECAUSE WE KNOW HOW ADDICTIVE NICOTINE IS. >> I USE THREE MILLIGRAMS IN THIS. ANTHONY: IT IS STILL IN BUSINESS BUT WITH ONLY TWO LOCATIONS DOWN FROM FOUR. ED: THE GOVERNOR SAID HE HAD TO THINK OF CHILDREN FIRST. >> FOR YOUNG PEOPLE, AND GET HAS BECOME A MUCH TOUGHER PROCESS TO ACQUIRE THOSE PRODUCTS. I HAVE HEARD FROM PLENTY OF TEACHERS AND SCHOOL NURSES AND PARENTS THAT THIS HAS HAD A POSITIVE IMPACT ON KIDS. THAT IS A GOOD THING. SHAYNA: THE FOLKS AT VAPE DADDY SAY SOME OF THEIR CUSTOMERS HAVE STARTED SMOKING CIGARETTES SINCE THE NEW REGULATIONS WERE IMPOSED. ANTHONY: SOME ARE NOT WILLING TO MAKE THE DRIVE TO NEW HAMPSHIRE FOR FLAVORS. AS FOR THE SHOP IN MEDFORD, WE SPOKE TO LINDA AND HER HUSBAND, THEY HAVE NO PLANS TO REOPEN AND NO PLANS TO GO BACK INTO THE BIG — VAPING BUSINESS AND ARE WEIGHING T
